How do you calculate your shipping prices?
Morrocco Method works hard to keep your shipping fees as low as possible. Actually, your shipping is free from Morrocco Method: we don’t charge for boxes, packing materials, or even package handling labor. The fee you pay for shipping is that which is imposed by UPS, USPS, or other shipping carriers, and inquiries about shipping charges should be directed towards these companies. Please be assured that we are as concerned as you are by the high rates charged by shipping carriers.
After I place my order, how long until it ships?
We have 3-5 business days to process all orders.
What are business days?
Business days are counted as Monday-Friday, excluding any major holiday.
How come the tracking number isn’t working?
It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to display on the carrier’s website.
What happens if my package does not arrive in the estimated timeframe?
All time estimates are not guaranteed. The estimated time of delivery can be delayed due to many factors, including but not limited to weather and/or road conditions. The carrier’s website will often state if packages are being delayed due to weather. If there are any issues during delivery that cause a delay, no type of refund or credit will be issued..
What happens if the package gets returned to sender?
Domestic: We will contact the customer as soon as the package is received back at our facility, if we don’t receive a response within 14 business days, the package will be discarded and no refund or replacement will be issued. If the customer would like the order to be resent, additional shipping fees may apply.
International: Packages that are returned due to nonpayment or incorrect address will generally not be refunded, as unfortunately the price to return non-deliverable packages to us is extremely expensive. Please reach out to our customer support team at support@mmhair.com with any questions.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If you purchase Guide Protection shipping insurance at checkout, you will be able to reach out to them to file a claim; please contact our customer support email support@mmhair.com for details. Once the order has shipped and if no shipping insurance was purchased, Morrocco Method is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery.
Worldwide DDP Shipping
1. Introduction We are delighted to offer Worldwide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to our valued customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding DDP shipping, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience for all our customers globally.
2. What is DDP Shipping? Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is an international trade term indicating that the seller is responsible for all costs associated with transporting goods until they reach the buyer's specified destination. This includes paying for shipping, customs duties, taxes, and any other fees incurred during transit.
3. Coverage Our DDP shipping policy extends to all eligible destinations worldwide. We aim to provide comprehensive coverage to ensure that our customers can enjoy the convenience of receiving their orders without worrying about additional duties or taxes.
4. Shipping Costs All shipping costs associated with DDP shipping are included in the total price displayed at checkout. Customers will not incur any additional charges upon delivery, except under exceptional circumstances outlined in section 6 (Exceptions).
5. Delivery Time We strive to process and dispatch all DDP orders promptly to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of their shipment.
6. Exceptions While our DDP shipping policy aims to cover all costs associated with international delivery, there may be exceptional circumstances where additional charges apply. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas where additional surcharges may apply.
- Customs inspections or delays beyond our control, which may incur additional fees.
- Any taxes or duties imposed by local authorities after the shipment has been dispatched.
