We often hear: "I love your product! How do you calculate your shipping costs?"
Morrocco Method works hard to keep your shipping fees as low as possible. Actually, your shipping is free from Morrocco Method: we don't charge for boxes, packing materials, or even package handling labor. The fee you pay for shipping is that which is imposed by UPS and/or FedEx, and inquiries about shipping charges should be directed towards these companies. Please be assured that we are as concerned as you are by the high rates charged by the shipping carriers.
Rates are calculated by weight and destination. Please note our shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Business days and processing times are counted as Monday through Friday. If you order after office hours on Friday, your order will not start processing until the following Monday. All time estimates listed below are not guaranteed if there are any issues during delivery that cause a delay, no type of refund or credit will be issued.
United States Domestic Orders
Morrocco Method offers the following shipping methods for customers within the United States:
Takes 3-9 business days plus 1 business day processing time. We do not provide any support for these packages once they are shipped, we only provide tracking information. Once it is shipped, it is the customer's duty to track the package and check in with their local post office if there are any issues. Unfortunately if the package does not reach it's destination we cannot provide any refund or replacement unless we receive the package back. All FREE SHIPPING orders are shipped via FedEx SmartPost.1

An important note for our international customers: customs fees, import duty, and taxes will apply to your purchase and are not included in the price you pay to Morrocco Method; you must pay these when you pick up your order. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to predict these fees. International packages that are returned due to nonpayment or incorrect address will not be refunded shipping cost. The remainder of the balance will be refunded as store credit. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package once it has been shipped and to contact the corresponding post office to clear up any charges owed. We highly recommend shipping via FedEx International to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.
Canadian Customers: We now offer many of our products on Amazon CA and strongly suggest purchasing from it to avoid the excess shipping and duty charges.
UK and European Customers: We now offer many of our products on Amazon UK and strongly suggest purchasing from it to avoid the excess shipping and duty charges.
1 This service combines the consistency and reliability of the FedEx Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service. USPS will typically make the delivery within one to two business days after they receive it from FedEx.
