For best results, we recommend rotating all five of our shampoos. However, everyone’s hair and scalp are different, therefore we recommend starting with our Trial-Travel Set of Shampoos. This way you can try each one and see which shampoos work best for you. Once you have found which products do better on your hair, we recommend rotating at least two shampoos to prevent your hair and scalp from building tolerance to one.
