Points are added to your account after order has been shipped and billed. This is typically 1-2 business days after your order has been placed. If it has been past 24 hours after your order has shipped and you are not seeing the points in your account, please contact us so we can help.

Also, please make sure that you are logged into your shopping account when placing your order. Any orders that are placed via Guest Checkout will not earn any points, even if the same email address is used.
