How do you calculate your shipping prices?

Morrocco Method works hard to keep your shipping fees as low as possible. Actually, your shipping is free from Morrocco Method: we don’t charge for boxes, packing materials, or even package handling labor. The fee you pay for shipping is that which is imposed by UPS, USPS, or other shipping carriers, and inquiries about shipping charges should be directed towards these companies. Please be assured that we are as concerned as you are by the high rates charged by shipping carriers.

After I place my order, how long until it ships?

We have 3-5 business days to process all orders.

How long will my package take to arrive?

United States Domestic Orders

UPS Ground Takes 2-7 business days plus up to 3-5 business days processing time.
UPS Ground Saver Takes 2-7 business days plus up to 3-5 business days processing time.
USPS First-Class Mail Takes 2-5 business days plus 3-5 business days processing time.
USPS Priority Mail Takes 2-5 business days plus 3-5 business days processing time.
USPS Parcel Select Ground 7 business days plus 3-5 days processing time
FREE SHIPPING 5-7 business days plus 3-5 days processing time


International Orders

What are business days?

Business days are counted as Monday-Friday, excluding any major holiday.

How come the tracking number isn’t working?

It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to display on the carrier’s website.

What happens if my package does not arrive in the estimated timeframe?

All time estimates are not guaranteed. The estimated time of delivery can be delayed due to many factors, including but not limited to weather and/or road conditions. The carrier’s website will often state if packages are being delayed due to weather. If there are any issues during delivery that cause a delay, no type of refund or credit will be issued..

What happens if the package gets returned to sender?

Domestic: We will contact the customer as soon as the package is received back at our facility, if we don’t receive a response within 14 business days, the package will be discarded and no refund or replacement will be issued.

International: Packages that are returned due to nonpayment or incorrect address will be refunded after the following fees are assessed: original shipping charges, return shipping charges, any duties and fees owed on the package, and a restocking fee. If the fees amount to more than the original package, then no refund or replacement will be issued.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once the order has shipped, Morrocco Method is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery.

For international orders, are customs fees, duties, or taxes included in the price?

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes will apply to your purchase and are NOT INCLUDED in the price that you pay to Morrocco Method; you must pay these fees when your order is delivered at your destination. Unfortunately there is NO way for us to predict these fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package once it has shipped and to contact the corresponding carrier to clear up any charges owed.

However, In an effort to help facilitate the purchasing process for international customers we have made our products available via: Upaya Naturals in Canada, Bare & Beyond in the UK, and Encompass Health in Australia. Each location may not carry a full selection.
