Once your package ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package through the FedEx website using that number. Please note that the estimated shipping time does not include the 1-2 day processing time for all orders. Additionally, delivery estimations are done in business days and do not include weekends.

If you believe there is still an error in your shipment, you can submit a claim through the FedEx Customer Support Channel. Alternatively, you can contact the Morrocco Method support team, and one of our representatives will submit a claim for you.

As outlined in our Shipping Policy none of our shipping date estimates are guaranteed. If you selected an expedited shipping option and your package did not arrive on time unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund.
