Refund policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind. We cannot accept returns as we cannot resell them, because we are a personal care products company. We recommend that you purchase trial sizes if you are trying a product for the first time. Any products returned without prior authorization will be refused on delivery or discarded within 14 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Damaged or defective products may be returned to us after contacting support@mmhair.com and receiving a damage product return authorization number. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.

Please note: this only applies to products that were purchased through Morrocco Method Online. If the damaged or defective product was purchased at a retail store, please see next section.

RETURNS AT A RETAIL STORE

Morrocco Method items purchased in a retail store may only be returned to the retail store where the product was originally purchased. Please contact the store you purchased the Morrocco Method product from for information regarding specific return policies.

WARRANTY POLICY FOR BRUSHES

Our products are covered by a general manufacturer's warranty up to 12 months post purchase, but not for the wear and tear encountered in their normal working life or where the care and cleaning instructions have not been followed.Please also be aware that any warranties and/or guarantees given by sales people in shops and on websites are those of those sellers and not this Company and should be treated for their value accordingly.
